TH12 (FCRS = TH012) Sandoz (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a motivated P&O Intern located in Malaysia, Selangor. As an intern, you will assist with various HR functions including talent acquisition and onboarding, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
• CGPA of at least 3.0.

• Available to commit to at least 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition
   • Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
   • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
   • Support hiring campaigns for interns and entry‑level roles.
2. People Operations
   • Support onboarding processes including orientation planning and Day‑1 coordination.
   • Involvement in the project team for the e‑onboarding initiative.
   • Prepare HR documentation such as letters, forms, and ID requests.
   • Assist with HR SOP updates and compliance checks.
3. Employee Engagement & Culture
   • Support execution of engagement activities and internal events.
   • Assist in developing HR communications and announcements.
   • Help prepare pulse surveys and compile insights for improvements.
   • Participate in culture‑building initiatives across the organisation.
4. Data & Analytics
   • Maintain HR dashboards covering people, onboarding, and recruitment metrics.
   • Work with Excel to manage and visualise people data.

What you’ll bring to the role

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• CGPA of at least 3.0.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Proactive, curious, and genuinely eager to grow.
