Sunsuria BHD in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a people-oriented HR professional to support Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Employee Engagement, Training and CSR initiatives.

You will coordinate interview arrangements, assist onboarding, manage HR documents, and support CSR events and training programs to enhance the employee experience. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, listed company with a focus on sustainability and inclusivity.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks for shortlisted candidates.
• Assist onboarding process for new hires.
• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and activities.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, including policies, invoices, contracts, personnel files (P-Files), and other compliance-related documents.
• Support the HR team in HR projects and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support the coordination and arrangement of training and development programs.

Job Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition

• Coordinate interview arrangements with candidates and hiring managers.

• Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.

HR Operations

• Provide administrative support for daily HR operations and activities.
• Manage and maintain HR documentation, including policies, invoices, contracts, personnel files (P-Files), and other compliance-related documents.

Employee Engagement

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of CSR initiatives and employee engagement activities.
• Support the coordination and arrangement of training and development programs.
• Assist in other internal HR activities and events aimed at enhancing employee experience and engagement.
