TH12 (FCRS = TH012) Sandoz (Thailand) Ltd. is seeking a motivated P&O Intern located in Malaysia, Selangor. As an intern, you will assist with various HR functions including talent acquisition and onboarding, while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or Communications.
• CGPA of at least 3.0.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Adept at handling confidential information.
• Proactive and eager to grow.
• Strong verbal & written proficiency in English.
• Available to commit to at least 10 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications.
• Support onboarding processes including orientation planning.
• Assist with HR documentation and compliance checks.
• Support execution of engagement activities and internal events.
• Maintain HR dashboards and manage people data.
