Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and execution of marketing campaigns across assigned brands, support development of promotional materials, detailing aids, and disease awareness content, coordinate brand review meetings, maintain brand activity trackers, and ensure all materials are aligned with regulatory and promotional compliance guidelines.
- Monitor industry trends, product launches, and healthcare developments; compile and summarise insights to inform brand strategy and campaign decisions.
- Assist in planning and execution of medical education events, symposia, and CME sessions; coordinate logistics, materials, and communications, and support post‑event reporting and feedback collation.
- Maintain dashboards and trackers for brand and campaign KPIs using Excel; assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders; gain exposure to Power BI for data visualisation where applicable.
- Assist the marketing team in preparing and organising all required internal approval documents, maintaining, updating, and reconciling documentation stored in the database, and tracking marketing budget spend and payments.
What You’ll Bring to the Role
- Pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Creative thinker with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and drawing insights.
- Curious about the pharmaceutical industry and passionate about meaningful brands.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and eager to take initiative.
- Available to commit to at least 10 weeks.
Learning Outcomes
- A solid understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and brand management.
- Hands‑on exposure to promotional compliance and regulatory considerations in pharma.
- Experience supporting the full marketing cycle from strategy to execution.
- Practical skills in market research, competitive intelligence, and data storytelling.
- Proficiency in Excel for marketing analytics, with Power BI exposure where applicable.
