• Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
• Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support planning and organization of people processes.
• Coordinate external hiring events and internal selection processes where needed.
• Handle documentation administration for employees, file maintenance and data sharing with leaders.
• Enter and maintain data in the time management system and support time-away programs.
• Assist with scheduling inquiries and educate teams, collaborating with leadership and scheduling teams.
