Job summary

DayOne Data Centers Malaysia I Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an HR Operations professional to manage the full employee lifecycle, Workday transactions, payroll coordination, expatriate handling, onboarding, and offboarding in Malaysia.

You will collaborate with HRBPs, ensure data accuracy, support reporting, and drive process improvements across benefits, compliance, and documentation in a fast-growing data center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR administration through the employee lifecycle.
• Coordinate contracts, confirmations, transfers and promotions.
• Ensure timely processing of employee changes.
• Handle resignation, termination and offboarding processes.
• Maintain complete and accurate employee records.
• Update changes in status, position and reporting lines.
• Ensure all HR transactions have proper approvals.
• Collaborate with HRBPs to translate business decisions into HR actions.
• Process and validate Workday transactions and data.
• Maintain HR data quality and resolve discrepancies.
• Support payroll inputs and monthly processes.
• Prepare expatriate documentation and manage immigration workflows.
• Monitor HR reporting and data extraction requirements.
