Job summary

Wise in Kuala Lumpur is hiring for a People Operations role focused on onboarding and relocation for new joiners. You will guide the Wisers through their onboarding journey, coordinate with hiring leads, and ensure efficient handling of Workday actions and documentation.

You will also support the payroll/process documentation, maintain Confluence content, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth experience for Wisers across international and local contexts.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR or Shared Services roles.
• Understanding of Malaysian employment practices is a plus.
• Strong data mindset with willingness to automate processes.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Proficiency using HR systems and knowledge sharing tools.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new joiners and manage relocation logistics.
• Coordinate onboarding plans with hiring leads and stakeholders.
• Handle Workday actions for Wiser lifecycle.
• Maintain onboarding/offboarding documentation with Workplace and People Services.
• Support payroll documentation and benefits-related processes.
• Create and update Confluence content for Wisers.
