Penguin Solutions in Penang, Malaysia is seeking an HR Specialist to deliver day-to-day HR operations and manage the employee lifecycle. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring accurate data, policy compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Collaborating with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Benefits, HR Business Partners and business leaders, you will support onboarding, offboarding, HR audits, and continuous improvement initiatives while safeguarding

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience encouraged to apply.
• Experience with HRIS preferred; SuccessFactors is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS (SuccessFactors).
• Process lifecycle events: hires, transfers, promotions, terminations.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Support HR audits and documentation/record-retention practices.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and smooth offboarding processes.
• Be first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees/managers.
