This role involves executing HR transactions, maintaining employee records, and providing support on HR queries. Candidates should have a relevant degree and 2-3 years of HR experience.

The position also supports the implementation of HR systems and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in HR operations or HR shared services.
• Good working knowledge of local employment legislation and payroll practices.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end daily HR operational transactions.
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of employee records in HR systems.
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries.
