Job summary

Chin Hin Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager, People Partnering to align people strategies with business priorities across Business Groups and Business Units in Kuala Lumpur. You will partner with senior leaders to drive workforce planning, talent management, leadership development, organizational effectiveness and employee engagement to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

As a trusted advisor, you will influence senior stakeholders, ensure people decisions support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8-10 years HR experience with at least 5 in a partner/leadership role.
• Strong workforce planning, talent management and organizational development experience.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
• Strong business acumen, communication and change management skills.
• Experience in fast-paced, matrix or diversified environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnering with leaders to develop and execute people strategies that support business objectives.
• Lead workforce planning and talent discussions to ensure capability needs are met.
• Champion performance management, talent reviews, and leadership development initiatives.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and foster culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Ensure HR governance, compliance and effective stakeholder management across the organization.
