Job summary

ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd invites students to join its People Experience Operations team at the Johor Bahru manufacturing site as a PXO Intern. You will help create a positive employee experience through engagement activities, events, communications and people initiatives.

This hands-on role offers exposure to HR operations, onboarding, records management and reporting while you learn from site leaders and colleagues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and execution of employee engagement activities and site events.
• Assist with onboarding activities and employee lifecycle administration.
• Maintain employee records and support HR system data updates.
• Provide administrative support for People team activities and requests.
• Participate in HR projects, reporting, and engagement metrics.
