Job summary

Insulet Corporation is seeking a Production Intern to assist the Production Operations team with administrative tasks and coordination of employee engagement activities, contributing to smooth operations and better team experience.

You will organize documents, support data entry, training records, LMS arrangements, interviews, onboarding, and translate internal documents between English and Malay, while developing a hands-on understanding of our global medical device business.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good communication skills in both English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, collecting, scanning and filing production documents per GDP requirements.
• Maintain and organize filing systems for production records.
• Support data entry and reporting with accuracy and timely updates.
• Assist in compiling and maintaining training attendance records.
• Coordinate production-related events and employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate LMS training arrangements and monitor overdue training records.
• Support interview arrangements and onboarding activities (LMS, Workday goals).
• Review and translate internal documents between English and Malay.
• Perform other duties as required.
