ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is offering a 6‑month Internship in Manufacturing Engineering to gain hands‑on exposure to product development support, process improvement, and technical problem‑solving in a regulated manufacturing environment.

The role involves assisting with CAD models and engineering drawings, documenting work, and supporting validation and readiness activities under experienced engineers' guidance.

Qualifications

• Interest in manufacturing, engineering and NP I activities.

Responsibilities

• Support engineers in day‑to‑day engineering activities and project execution.
• Assist with engineering studies, data collection, and basic data analysis to support problem solving and process improvement.
• Support prototype builds, sample preparation, trial activities, and workshop tasks under supervision.
• Assist in preparing, interpreting, and updating CAD models, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
• Help maintain work instructions, SOPs, study records, action logs, and other engineering documentation.
• Support validation, verification, and process readiness activities by preparing data, samples, and supporting documents.
• Participate in troubleshooting and root cause analysis activities by gathering facts, observations, and data.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, efficiency, cost, and manufacturing readiness.
• Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Project Engineers, and Technicians to support project deliverables.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, company standards, Quality, GMP, and OHS requirements in daily work.
• Support cross‑functional communication and follow‑up actions as assigned.
• Carry out other engineering‑related tasks and assignments as directed by the Manager
