Job summary

Heinemann Duty Free Malaysia Sdn Bhd seeks a People & Culture professional to lead learning and development and ensure smooth HR operations across the organisation. You will shape capability-building, onboarding, and employee experience in a regional travel-retail context.

You will partner with business leaders, coordinate training programmes, manage onboarding/offboarding, and drive employee relations while upholding local labour laws.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to Learning & Development and HR Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning & Development initiatives including onboarding, service excellence, product knowledge and capability-building programmes.
• Partner with managers to identify training needs and coordinate internal or external programs.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes including documentation, inductions and probation tracking.
• Act as the go-to person for employee relations, disciplinary issues, grievances and performance discussions; ensure compliant and harmonious workplace.
