Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia is seeking an HR Manager, People Development & Culture to design and deliver digital learning experiences and development pathways aligned with our business needs. You will lead curricula, blended learning solutions, and scholarship, graduate, and internship programmes to support a high-performance culture.

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will collaborate with business leaders and campus partners, manage the learning budget, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing formal and informal learning strategies in large corporate environments.
• Proven expertise in curriculum, course, and module design across multiple delivery channels (instructor-led, virtual, online).
• Strong facilitation and adult learning principles applied in training delivery.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage internal and external partners.
• Experience leading end-to-end early talent programmes including attraction, onboarding, and development.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple learning projects across analysis, development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Develop and facilitate professional skills, readiness, and early leadership programs.
• Collaborate with leaders and SMEs to translate priorities into learning solutions.
• Lead design and delivery of graduate, scholarship, and internship programmes.
• Build partnerships with universities and career centres to strengthen employer branding.
• Oversee graduate and intern selection, onboarding, and conversion processes.
• Manage learning budget and ensure cost-effective delivery.
• Provide coaching and feedback to peers; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of organizational awareness and execution.
