• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in a data analytics role, with HR or people analytics preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query, data modeling).
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver actionable people analytics that directly support business strategy. Identify trends and patterns in workforce data that inform decisions on talent, retention, and organizational planning.
• Evaluate and enhance existing dashboards and reports. Improve data quality, visualization clarity, and user experience to ensure stakeholders can easily access and understand key metrics
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes and implement solutions that reduce operational overhead and enable real-time, self-service reporting
• Partner with People & Culture and business leaders to translate their needs into analytics priorities, ensuring projects are aligned with business impact.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, you will support all markets across Asia, working closely with People & Culture (P&C) teams to deliver analytics that create business impact. Your focus will be on enhancing dashboards and reports, identifying automation opportunities and ensuring our people analytics are aligned with organisational business goals and priorities.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, power query, data modeling)
• Proficient in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
