Motorola Solutions in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia, is seeking an experienced engineer for RF product design and development. You will tackle transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation, and testing activities, and drive end-to-end RF development with coexistence strategies.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Electrical engineering and 3+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or related area.
• 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with inter-team coordination.

Responsabilités

• Handle design and development of sophisticated communication products.
• Drive transmitter design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities.
• Lead end-to-end RF development and mitigation strategies for coexistence.
