Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia is seeking a New Grad to join the Tetra HW Engineering team. You will contribute to design and development of sophisticated communication products, focusing on RF/Controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization and validation.

You will construct prototypes, test circuits with bench equipment, and ensure compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical or related field.
Good analytical and problem solving skills and inter team coordination skills.
Able to communicate and present conceptual ideas to technical audiences.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and multi-tasking.
Knowledge in ADS simulation tools and PCB layout is an added advantage.
Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
Able to work well with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Handle design and development of sophisticated communication products.
Perform RF/Controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization and validation.
Construct prototypes or proof of concepts for testing circuit designs with bench tools.
Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.
