Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a fresh engineer in Bayan Lepas, Penang, to contribute to the design and development of advanced communication products. You will work on RF/Controller design, simulations, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing in a collaborative team.

This entry-level role requires a related bachelor degree and strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills. The position is on-site in Malaysia's Penang region, with opportunities to prototype and test using

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical engineering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Good coordination and teamwork across functions.
Excellent communication and the ability to present ideas to technical audiences.
Willing to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask.

Responsibilities

Handle design and development of sophisticated communication products.
Perform RF/Controller design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing.
Build prototypes or proof-of-concepts for testing circuit designs using bench tools.
Ensure product compliance with reliability and regulatory standards.
