Job summary

Motorola Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang invites an experienced Electrical Engineer to join the Advanced Technology team. You will design and develop external and internal antennas, and perform RF design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and testing for product development.

The role requires a Bachelor degree in Telecommunications, Electronics or Electrical engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with RF/LTE concepts and

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Telecommunications, Electronics, Electrical, or any relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experiences
• Familiar with RF/LTE knowledge, simulation and design tools such as ADS is an added advantage.
• Familiar with RF/LTE equipment such as network analyzer and spectrum analyzer is an added advantage.
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well with cross-functional teams.
• Candidate must be willing to work in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Design and development of external and internal antennas.
• RF design, simulation, troubleshooting, optimization, validation and test activities associated with product development.
• Construction of prototypes or proof of concepts for purposes of testing circuit designs as needed, using workbench tools and test equipment.
• Ensure product compliance to reliability and regulatory standards.
