Randstad Malaysia is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager for the Penang region. The role will lead integrated marketing campaigns, branding initiatives and launch plans for new developments, coordinating with sales and product teams to ensure cohesive market execution.

Responsibilities include managing digital and traditional campaigns, conducting market research, and overseeing agencies to deliver on ROMI targets while maintaining brand governance and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Admin or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Formulate and execute integrated marketing, branding and promotional strategies for new launches in the Penang market.
• Lead digital and conventional marketing initiatives including performance marketing, social media, events and roadshows to generate qualified leads.
• Conduct market research, competitive intelligence and demographic studies to identify customer trends and pricing opportunities.
• Oversee external agencies, creative shops and vendors to ensure brand consistency, timely delivery and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development and Project teams to align show units and collateral with business milestones.
