Job summary

Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking a PLM & Engineering Change Analyst based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. This role focuses on managing product information, BOMs, engineering changes and documentation within the PLM environment to ensure timely releases.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Planning and Operations, maintain PLM data, and support NPI/NPD activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor/electronics manufacturing.
• At least 5 years hands-on with PLM systems.
• Experience with BOM, configuration management and engineering change management.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and excellent attention to detail.
• Based in Bayan Lepas, Penang.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and release BOMs and engineering documentation.
• Manage part numbers, revisions and change orders throughout development.
• Review docs for inconsistencies and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Support and monitor Engineering Build Orders (EBOs) with stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate PLM data and drive smooth product introductions.
• Generate progress reports for New Product Development teams.
• Collaborate across Product, Package, Test, Foundry, Planning and Operations.
• Prioritize requests to meet project timelines.
• Contribute to PLM process improvements.
