Job summary

Inventec Appliances (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Administrative and PE support professional in Bayan Lepas, Penang. You will provide administrative and daily operational support to the PE team, and manage PE documents, records, drawings, and reports.

You will prepare, register and release PE-related documents such as SOP, PFMEA, and Control Plan; manage budgets and PRs for fixtures and tools for new model development; and perform other admin tasks as assigned by the PE team.

Qualifications

• SPM or STPM or above.
• Chinese language skills are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and daily operational support to the PE team.
• Prepare, register and release PE-related documents, including SOP, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
• Maintain and organize PE documents, records, drawings, and reports.
• Apply for budgets and raise PRs for fixtures and tools required for new model development.
• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks assigned by the PE team.
