Job summary

Adecco Malaysia is seeking a PLM & Engineering Change Analyst based in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The role will manage product data, BOMs, engineering changes and documentation within the PLM environment, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate builds and releases.

The ideal candidate will have strong PLM, BOM and configuration/change management experience, preferably within the semiconductor industry, with excellent attention to detail and strong coordination skills.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant working experience in semiconductor/electronics/high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with PLM systems (5+ years).
• Experience managing BOMs, part numbers, revisions and change orders.
• Familiarity with PLM, configuration/change management and product data management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and release product BOMs and related engineering documentation.
• Manage part numbers, revisions, change orders and information through development and release processes.
• Identify inconsistencies in documentation and coordinate timely resolutions with engineers.
• Support and monitor Engineering Build Orders across teams to resolve issues and maintain build progress.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to track wafer/materials for engineering builds.
• Ensure changes and product information are documented in the PLM system.
• Generate reports and provide progress updates to the New Product Development team.
• Collaborate with Product, Package, Test, Foundry, Planning and Operations to support smooth product introductions.
