Job summary

AGX Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. seeks an experienced Branch Manager for its Penang operation in Seberang Perai. You will lead branch performance, drive revenue and profitability, and align operations with service standards.

You will develop growth plans for the Northern Region, manage RFQs and key accounts, and partner with Finance and Sales to optimize budgets and KPIs across the branch.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing.
• Proven track record leading branch operations, business development and P&L.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Penang branch to meet revenue, profitability, and service targets.
• Develop strategies to grow market share and expand the Northern Region.
• Oversee operations across air/ocean freight, customs, transport, and warehousing.
• Manage bids, client proposals, and major customer relations, including escalations.
