PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a Deputy Head of Malaysia Branch to establish and grow our Penang operations, reporting to headquarter teams in China and managing local teams and partners.

The role focuses on electronics manufacturing sector engagement, regulatory coordination, and building a robust Malaysia operation with strong Chinese and English communication. Malay is preferred for local stakeholder relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in logistics with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian logistics market and cross-border operations.

Responsabilités

• Lead the establishment and day-to-day management of the Malaysia branch.
• Develop localized processes, reporting mechanisms, and procedures.
• Manage local teams across operations, sales, and customer service.
• Develop relationships with local logistics providers and regulators.
• Coordinate cross-border logistics and China–Malaysia coordination.
• Provide regular updates to China headquarters.
