AGX Logistics (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Penang invites an experienced Branch Manager to lead our freight forwarding operations in Seberang Perai. You will drive revenue growth, manage the P&L, and mentor a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional service.

You will build strategic plans with the Sales and Finance teams, negotiate with carriers, optimise costs, and ensure compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards across air, sea, and customs brokerage services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of management experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs, and warehousing.
• Proven track record in leading teams and achieving growth targets.
• Excellent negotiation and customer relationship skills.],
