Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a Freight Forwarding client to hire a Branch Manager for the Seberang Perai, Penang site. You will lead the branch, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and elevate customer satisfaction across air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
• Proven experience managing branch operations, business development, and P&L.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Penang branch performance, ensuring revenue, profitability, operations, and customer service targets are met.
• Develop and execute growth strategies to expand market share in the Northern Region.
• Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Sales to win new customers and grow existing accounts.
• Drive branch sales, monthly/quarterly/annual targets, and lead major customer tenders and proposals.
• Own the branch P&L, budget planning, cost control, and financial performance; monitor KPIs and implement improvements.
• Oversee air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, transportation, and warehousing operations to ensure service excellence.
