Monroe Consulting Group, an Executive Recruitment firm, is partnering with a Freight Forwarding organization to hire a Branch Manager for the Seberang Perai, Penang location. You will lead branch operations, drive revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction across air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, and warehousing.

The role emphasizes strategic growth, profitability, and team leadership within the Northern Region, reporting to the Logistics Division.

Competenze

Minimum 5 years of management experience in freight forwarding or logistics.
Strong knowledge of international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations.
Proven experience managing branch operations, business development, and P&L.

Mansioni

Lead the Penang branch to meet revenue, profitability, operational, and customer service objectives.
Develop and execute business growth strategies to expand market share in the Northern Region.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with Sales to acquire customers and grow existing accounts.
Drive branch sales performance and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
Lead and manage major customer tenders (RFQs) and strategic business opportunities.
Oversee daily operations of air/ocean freight, customs brokerage, transportation, and warehousing to ensure excellence.
Monitor SLAs, regulatory requirements, and KPIs; implement improvements.
