PENAWAR PD GLOBAL HEALTHCARE in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, seeks a Pembantu Akaun/Akauntan to join its Finance team. This full-time role focuses on maintaining accurate daily records, analysing cash flow, and supporting tax and accounting functions for a growing healthcare organisation.

The successful candidate will handle daily transactions, GL reconciliation, tax document preparation, and collaboration with the accounting company to ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian LHDN taxation principles and SST regulations.
• Experience with accounting software and Excel.
• High integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions daily and monthly.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts monthly.
• Prepare tax documents for LHDN and SST submissions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Coordinate with tax authorities and external accountants.

About the role

PEMNAR PD GLOBAL HEALTHCARE is seeking a Pembantu Akaun/Akauntan to join our Finance team in Port Dickson District, Negeri Sembilan. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate financial records daily, to see the financial condition of the company and supporting the taxation and accounting functions of our growing healthcare organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and monthly accounting, ensuring administration and staffs compliance with Malaysian taxation and Sales and services tax regulations, and providing financial insights that contribute to the strategic decision-making of the company for the future.

What you’ll be doing

• Recording and processing financial transactions daily and monthly.
• Maintaining and reconciling general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Preparing documents for tax returns in for LHDN tax and Kastam's SST to send to Accounting company.
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable update and stratergy.
• Performing bank reconciliations.
• Able to deal with Lhdn Tax and SST's inquiry, to represent company and assist in submission of finance document to Accounting company.
• Giving financial insight and advices and the condition's of company's cash flow daily,monthly and annually.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma in Accounting or a related field in Finance
• At least 2 years and above Experienced as an Accounting Assistant, Junior Accountant or similar roles in services sector
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian LHDN taxation principles and SST regulations
• Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft ExcelStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
• Advanced in managing recording data for the report for LHDN tax and SST's submission and payment/completion.
• Able to deal with Lhdn Tax and SST's inquiry, to represent company and assist in submission of finance document to Accounting company.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information
