Job summary

ABC in Plano, TX is seeking an Operations Manager for our clinic setting to drive operational success by managing KPIs, budgets, and a 25–50 member team delivering high-quality clinical care.

You will lead with empathy, build processes with clinic admissions, clinical directors, and department heads, and mentor staff through evaluations and development plans. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, with 6+ years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of leadership experience managing large teams across multiple sites.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; HS diploma/GED required.
• High emotional intelligence when working with children and families.
• Strong communication skills across departments.
