• Lead, mentor, and retain 25–50 teammates delivering high-quality care.
• Support families with onboarding education and guidance for ABA treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Admissions, and regional leaders to align operational goals with clinical care.
• Maintain compliance and safety across all center operations.
