Job summary

ABC, a leading ABA therapy provider, is seeking an Internal Clinic Admissions Associate to join our team in Memorial, TX. You will guide families through the admissions process with empathy and care, serving as the first point of contact as we expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Ability to handle inbound calls and communicate with families.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative functions for busy clinics, including document management and communications with referral sources.
• Provide great support to inbound calls from prospective and current clients/families.
• Become a subject matter expert on autism to help others understand our services.
• Handle marketing and admissions tasks to support operations and leadership.
• Embody ABC core values and be a cultural role model.
