Job summary

ABC is seeking a Clinic Admissions Associate to serve as the first connection for families beginning ABA therapy. You will guide them through the admissions process with empathy, helping them feel supported, informed, and confident.

This role goes beyond administration, offering opportunities to build relationships and expand access to life-changing care for children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of admin/customer service experience.
• Comfort with handling inbound calls and referrals.
• Interest in supporting families pursuing ABA for children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks for busy clinics.
• Manage documents, people and internal/external communications with referral sources.
• Serve as subject matter expert on autism to help families understand therapies.
• Support marketing and admissions tasks for operations and leadership.

What you will be doing at ABC:

• Responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for our busy clinics such as document management, keeping track of people + things, and internal + external communication with referral sources
• Give great support to inbound calls from both prospective + current clients/families
• You will become a subject matter expert on autism in order to help others understand how we help our children + how we can help them
• Handle various marketing + admissions tasks to support the work of our operations manager and clinical leadership

What you will bring to ABC:

• 1-2 years experience in administrative work, customer service, client relations, or related areas.

• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
