Job summary

KES International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead PCBA production teams, ensuring daily schedules meet customer requirements while maintaining IPC workmanship standards. You will manage manpower and machines, monitor yield and efficiency, and collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QA and Design to resolve production issues.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in PCBA manufacturing, strong leadership, and knowledge of 5S and SPC.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field as stated.
• 3–5 years in a PCBA manufacturing environment with SMT and Through-Hole processes.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 workmanship standards.
• Knowledge of 5S, SPC and QC tools.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Allocate manpower and machine resources to achieve targets.
• Monitor output, yield loss, machine utilization and efficiency.
• Ensure products meet IPC workmanship and customer quality standards.
• Supervise, coach, train, certify and monitor production operators.
• Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, QA and Design to resolve issues.
• Support 5S, SPC and quality control activities.
• Prepare weekly and monthly production utilization reports.
