Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of PCBA manufacturing experience.
• Able to work with little or no direct supervision.
• Able to handle multiple priorities efficiently.
• Demonstrates leadership qualities and good teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Open to 12-hour shift work.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a production team to meet output, quality and cycle time targets.
• Oversee WIP across Frontend, Backend and SSD operations for smooth material flow.
• Plan daily shift objectives and goals as part of productivity and continuous improvement.
• Communicate handover of duties and issues between shifts.
• Coordinate with Management, Planning and Engineering on daily production issues.
• Coach and develop operators through on‑the‑job training.
• Foster a harmonious, safe working environment emphasizing teamwork and ownership.
• Promote learning and Best Known Methods to simplify procedures and processes.
• Leverage AI tools to retrieve technical information and support troubleshooting.
