Job summary

TDCX Malaysia is seeking a payroll specialist to manage the full payroll cycle, respond to payroll inquiries, and ensure compliant monthly submissions. You will liaise with statutory bodies and generate accurate payroll reports and payslips for employees.

The role requires a relevant degree, solid Excel skills, and familiarity with payroll software such as Syncpay Easypay. Strong English and local language communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2 years of related payroll experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with payroll software (e.g., Syncpay Easypay).
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
• Knowledge of payroll-related statutory/legal requirements is advantageous.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local language communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle full payroll processing for employees.
• Attend to payroll matters and queries.
• Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., income tax, government tax).
• Responsible for monthly statutory submissions.
• Generate payroll reports and employees' pay-slips/tax forms, verification and distribution.
• Respond to employees' payroll-related enquiries (medical, insurance claims).
• Perform other duties to support the Quality Management System at TDCX.
