Successful candidates will join a fast-paced team, learning payroll regulations and stakeholder management. Onboarding is expected by the end of the year with rolling application reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Strong numerical ability and comfortable with data
• Good collaborator and team player with strong communication
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Basic understanding of payroll processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes
• Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits
• Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA
• Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc
• Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience
