Job summary

ByteDance (TikTok) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking a Graduate Payroll Analyst to support monthly payroll activities and continuous improvement of payroll processes. You will collate inputs, ensure accuracy, and assist with audits while collaborating with HR and vendors.

Successful candidates will join a fast-paced team, learning payroll regulations and stakeholder management. Onboarding is expected by the end of the year with rolling application reviews.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes
• Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits
• Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA
• Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc
• Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience
