Responsibilities

• Manage monthly end-to-end payroll activities including collating inputs, validating outputs and statutory reporting.
• Support payroll processes and systems enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with payroll governance, reporting and audits; liaise with payroll vendors within contract and SLA.
• Build relationships with local authorities (Social Security, Tax, etc.) and collaborate with HR partners to elevate employee experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, outputs and statutory reporting;
• Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy;
• Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
• Provide payroll reporting & analysis and assist with internal and external audits;
• Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA;
• Develop relationships with local authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;
• Partner and work collaboratively with HR Business Partners and the HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong interest in payroll and a solid understanding of fundamental payroll concepts are required;
• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience in cross-cultural communication;
• Prior internship experience with a top-tier accounting firm is required;
• Strong numerical aptitude and comfort working with data; completion of at least 11 ACCA papers is required;
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with overseas work experience preferred;
• Willingness to work shifts is preferred.
