Job summary

Bubbles O2 Sdn Bhd is seeking a Payroll Administrator to manage monthly payroll operations and maintain employee records in Negeri Sembilan, Pedas. You will ensure statutory compliance and support HR functions with accurate data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities include processing payroll, reconciling attendance and deductions, and handling employee inquiries while keeping confidential information secure. Knowledge of EPF/SOCSO/EIS/PCB and Malaysia Labour regulations is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in monthly payroll processing within deadlines.
• Knowledge of EPF (KWSP), SOCSO (PERKESO), EIS (SIP), PCB tax handling.
• Maintaining accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Understanding Employment Act and Labour regulations in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Verify attendance, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and generate management reports.
• Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues.
• Ensure statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Prepare payroll-related documentation for audits.
