Job summary

Genpact is seeking an Associate - F&A in Malaysia to manage billing, invoicing and AR tasks within a hybrid work setup. You will maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, perform invoice corrections, and respond to field queries while supporting performance metrics with precise data.

The role emphasizes finance knowledge, certifications, and proficiency in Power BI, assisting global clients with timely and accurate financial operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting/commerce/economics/finance or Master's in Finance.
• Accounts Payable Certification - F-Tec
• CAMS Certification - PSIB
• CFE Certification - ACFE
• Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst - CFI
• Power BI Data Analyst Associate - Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Billing and Invoicing.
• Ensure timely billing execution and billing accuracy.
• Monitor, review and update the Customer details in CRM
• Invoice corrections – Credits & Rebills
• Emails queries/requests from field teams
• Support and drive metrics.
• Update Work Instructions.
