Job summary

Qualifications

• Administrative writing & proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
• Payroll processing experience in SEA with at least 2 years.
• Strong reporting and organizing skills.
• Good time management and teamwork.
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions.
• Process updates for new hires, terminations, transfers, and pay rate changes.
• Prepare and maintain payroll records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws and best practices.
• Manage mobility & expatriate payroll and benefits with outsourced vendors.
• Support HR operations on payroll renewals and updates.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver payroll programs.
• Serve as a consultant on payroll and mandatory benefits.
• Facilitate audits by providing records to auditors.
• Identify updates to payroll software and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
