• An extensive SME network and understanding of selected SME industries.
• Proven experience in qualifying customers with a daily call volume.

• Acquire and retain users while enhancing revenue and customer experience.
• Conduct outreach and demos to prospects to convert them into customers.
• Review pipeline and client portfolio to analyze conversion and churn.
