Job summary

Pine Labs Malaysia is seeking a results-driven sales professional to lead retail strategy, drive merchant engagement and promote our payment solutions across the Klang Valley. This role focuses on delivering growth through strategic account management and effective collaboration with product and technical teams.

You will tailor demonstrations, collaborate with product and tech teams, and build long-term relationships with key accounts to achieve onboarding and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• 2 to 4 years in Individual Contributor capacity in frontline sales role or account management role.
• Prior experience in POS/Payment gateway solution sales.
• Prior experience in Klang Valley area.

Responsibilities

• Engage with merchants to introduce and promote the Payment solutions
• Understand the merchant's business model, payment requirements, and integration needs
• Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations tailored to merchant requirements
• Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design and propose customized payment solutions
• Serve as a strategic advisor to key accounts, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant stakeholders to drive long-term business growth
• Continuously monitor merchant performance and provide insights to enhance product adoption and satisfaction
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts
