Job summary

Funding Societies | Modalku in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Sales & Account Manager to join the Payments team. You will acquire new users, conduct product demos, and nurture client relationships to grow revenue.

You will leverage CRM tools (HubSpot), analyze your pipeline, and collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience while staying compliant with risk guidelines. You will also develop in-depth product knowledge and respond to customer needs with speed and precision.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in sales and account management in banking, cards, payments, or fintech.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Extensive SME network & understanding of selected SME industries.
• Hard working with ability to qualify customers and handle high daily call volume.
• Passion for meeting customer needs and delivering value per interaction.
• Proven multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding customer experience.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills with integrity and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new users and retain existing users, increase revenue and deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Conduct call outreaches and product demos to prospects, qualify opportunities and close customers.
• Use reporting tools to analyze prospect behavior and forecast opportunities.
• Review pipeline and client portfolio to understand conversion, churn, and payment volume changes.
• Develop product knowledge and address customer concerns and questions promptly.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer experience and streamline operations while ensuring compliance.
• Understand Payments risk and compliance guidelines and ensure adherence.
