Metacomp is a Singapore-based fintech licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Major Payment Institution, covering Digital Payment Token (DPT) and cross-border money transfer services. We move fiat and digital assets for institutional and corporate clients across multiple banking partners and payment rails.
The Payment & Card Operations team runs every fiat pay-in, payout and card flow that passes through the business. We sit between clients, the OTC trading desk, compliance and our banking partners, and we keep money moving accurately, quickly and in line with regulation.
The role
As a Payment & Card Operations Analyst, you will run day-to-day fiat liquidity, payment and card operations, and learn how a licensed payments business actually moves money. This is a hands‑on, client‑facing role with real responsibility from your first month.
You will work across pay‑ins, payouts and card issuing, and partner closely with the trading desk, sales, compliance and our banks and PSPs. It suits someone who likes numbers, stays calm when a payment is stuck, and wants to understand the full picture behind every transaction.
What you'll do
Fiat liquidity and payment flows
- Monitor and manage fiat liquidity across our banking partners and omnibus accounts, in multiple currencies.
- Process fiat pay-in and payout fund flows end to end, from client instruction to bank execution and ledger update.
- Learn to choose the best payment route and rail for each payout, weighing available liquidity, rail speed, cost, cut-off times and partner restrictions.
- Support daily safeguarding of client money and the fund movements that keep it in the right place.
Card operations
- Manage card issuing funding and daily card reconciliation with our BIN sponsor.
- Handle cashback and rebate processing.
- Run disputes and chargebacks from intake through to resolution.
- Work with the OTC trading desk front and back office to forecast liquidity needs for payouts and safeguarding.
- Understand how FX trades, hedging with liquidity providers and inter‑account fund movements close liquidity gaps, and raise shortfalls early.
Client servicing
- Communicate directly with clients, sales and relationship managers in group chats.
- Take and confirm client orders and payment instructions accurately, and keep clients updated on status.
Banks and PSPs
- Triage stuck, delayed or rejected payments with banks and PSPs.
- Raise and follow through on recalls, cancellations, tracers and payment investigations.
Compliance and transaction monitoring
- Work with compliance on transaction monitoring to spot, elevate and report suspicious activity.
- Learn how funding behaviour differs across client types, and use it to flag what looks out of pattern.

- Willing to work the evening shift pattern described below.
Preferred
- Degree or background in Accounting or Finance.
- Exposure to payments, banking operations, treasury, cards or fintech.

- Some understanding of SQL for querying data and running checks.
