Job summary

Metacomp, a Singapore-based fintech licensed by MAS, is seeking a Payment & Card Operations Analyst to run day-to-day fiat liquidity, payment flows and card operations with real responsibility from month one.

You will work across pay-ins, payouts, card issuing, and collaborate with trading, sales, compliance and banks/PSPs to move money accurately and efficiently while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, balances and reconciliations.
• Clear, prompt written communication; comfortable speaking with clients, banks and internal teams.
• Calm and methodical under time pressure, especially around bank cut-offs and urgent payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage fiat liquidity and payment flows across banking partners in multiple currencies.
• Handle card issuing funding, reconciliation, cashback and rebates, and resolve disputes/chargebacks.
• Provide client servicing via direct communication with clients, sales, and relationship managers; keep clients updated on status.
