TERAPATIH, based in Setia Alam, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Pattern Maker for a full-time role. You will create and refine patterns that form the foundation of garment production, ensuring quality, fit, and production efficiency across all lines.

The position emphasizes accurate pattern development and collaboration with design and production teams. The role requires strong pattern-making skills, garment construction knowledge, and a Diploma or certification in related fields.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven Pattern Maker experience in garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques.
• Diploma or certification in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or Pattern Making preferred.
• Experience with pattern grading and marker making to reduce waste is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop accurate patterns for various garment types using both software and traditional methods.
• Analyse design sketches and specifications to produce precise technical patterns that meet quality standards.
• Conduct pattern grading to ensure consistency across sizes and fits.
• Perform pattern testing and sampling to validate fit and production feasibility.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to resolve fit issues and implement design modifications.
• Maintain detailed pattern documentation and records for traceability.
