Job summary

Tech Harvest Capital in Malaysia is seeking a creative Designer with 4-5 years of experience to translate concept sketches into market-ready patterns. You will work under the Creative Director, sketch designs, select fabrics, and coordinate with tailors to produce approved patterns and sewing.

The role requires strong pattern production, sewing skills, and a keen eye for color and texture, plus proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of working experience as a Designer.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Educational background in Textile/Fashion-related field.

Responsibilities

• Sketch designs with technical drawing as directed by Creative Director.
• Make draft patterns for approved designs.
• Select fabrics for sampling purposes.
• Assist and prepare samples for photoshoots with matching accessories.
• Work and brief tailors for approved pattern and sewing.
• Take on other related duties as assigned, supporting multiple projects and events.
